As the Data Scientist for USCAN MRI, you will develop and deploy modern machine learning techniques, operational research, and statistical methods for finding structure in large MRI data sets to create customer facing analyses of procedure data, market share, and opportunity growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the USCAN MRI Data Scientist, you will be part of a cross functional team on commercially-facing development projects, typically involving large, complex data sets. These teams typically include product managers, marketers, field sales members and end users, working in concert with partners in GE business units. Potential application areas include statistical analyses of procedure data pre and post upgrade, business case development, and market share data.

In this role, you will

• Develop analytics to address customer needs and opportunities.
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
• Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics.
• Generate customer facing reports and other projects with outcomes focused on utilizing data to help customers understand the benefit of change.

The salary range for this position is 108,000.00 - 135,000.00 - 162,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
