Data Quality Analyst(Remote)

Allergan Data Labs (ADL) is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include Botox, CoolSculpting, Juvéderm, and more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Data Quality Analyst to add to our high performing team.

Our team has been tasked with rebuilding the Allergan Aesthetics internal and provider based marketing technology platforms. These platforms, used by our team and over 13,000 health care providers, support engagement with over 6 million consumers. We're looking for a Business Analyst (Marketing Technology) who is interested in working within a startup oriented environment while having the backing of a large company. As the Data Quality Analyst (Marketing Technology), you will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Insights and will work to manage provider master data, investigate business structures, and support the data operations of the Data Science Engineering and Product Teams.

You Will

• Review complex changes to our customer data to support Engineering and Product teams for delivery of new technologies to support business and customer needs

• Perform regular monitoring and data cleanliness activities to ensure that customer relationships are appropriately managed in the database

• Collaborate with and assist the Product, Engineering, and Data teams in identifying the various types of business – multi locations, national accounts etc.,

• Analyze account data to identify different business types and emerging trends for multi-location and strategic accounts

• Consolidate findings in concise and clear formats and share with various ADL teams

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in database management, data warehousing, and data quality

• Ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, actionable insights that stakeholders can understand and take action on

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails

• Preference for those who desire working in close proximity to data engineering functions

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, coupled with a strong interest in utilizing data to power technology solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types across our cross functional teams
