What We Need:

We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst.

What You'll Do:

The Data Integrity Analyst will:

• Build a strong partnership with sales managers, account executives and other business associates to maintain a deep level of trust and communication.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries related to sales accounts
• Strategically review accounts for assignment to the correct hierarchies
• Be held responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standards in decision-making
• Create and maintain documentation on data policies
• Review, audit and cleanse account data to maintain data integrity

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of enterprise parent/child hierarchy
• Ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent changes
• Sense of responsibility to self, team and customer
• Knowledge of account mastering
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic and dedication
• Ability to work with a cross-functional teams
• Background in data-cleansing

Required Experience:

• 1+ years working in account mastering and data cleansing
• 3+ years working in sales operations or related customer support field
• Experience with CRM Fusion a plus
• 1+ Experience in Salesforce required
