Data Entry Specialist Jobs

Advertise Purple is experiencing a high growth period and seeking an entry-level Data Entry Specialist for our Growth team. The data entry specialist will assist the team while gaining valuable knowledge of affiliate marketing, data analysis, and client service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading and updating Affiliate Networks with program changes

• Ability to stay organized with large amounts of data and have maintain high accuracy with data entry and data hygiene
• Input all necessary information for each secured opportunity in an efficient and timely manner

• Staying organized in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail, ensuring all opportunities are set up correctly

• Work closely with Strategic Partnership team and Account Management Departments to understand the information that needs to be set up for each secured affiliate opportunity

Quantify effectiveness of general network task set up through the tracking of the volume of tasks/opportunities completed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience (internships included) in data entry

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university (preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite,

Compensation and Benefits

The Data Entry Specialist position is a required hybrid opportunity in Santa Monica, California. Two days in the office (T/W) and three days working from home (M, Th, F) are required for this role. Compensations is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience. Projected start date: August 21, 2023 .
