Hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity with one of the nation’s largest private providers of small business loans! As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing financial information into the company software platforms. You will ensure that all information is recorded with precision and in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data entry tools and software, as well as proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Basic understanding of data security and privacy regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in handling confidential and sensitive information is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficient typing skills and strong attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, making necessary corrections.
- Accurately enter and update various types of data into company databases and systems.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as requested.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine data quality checks to identify and rectify any inaccuracies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data security policies and procedures.
- Assist in data clean-up and migration projects when necessary.
- Identify and communicate potential issues or trends in data quality.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
Pay Scale of Starting Pay for role: $18.75-$20.25/hr. DOE
