Job Description

The Role

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the successful management of our internal database system, Staffbot. Additionally, they will be asked to aid other areas in their division as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be well-organized, and work at a faster than average pace.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately input MSA guidelines into the database, including but not limited to: Billing period, rate info, unbillable orientation, vendor fees, cancellation clauses, etc.
  • Ensuring all Jobs are mapped correctly, i.e. All job orders’ language is consistent
  • Creation of Rate Cards, ensuring accuracy
  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company
  • Accurately and Timely creation of new jobs in database
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Ability to understand and articulate MSA Language
