Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client. This is an awesome opportunity to join a Healthcare company. This will be a 6-month contract role for immediate consideration!


Job Title: Employer Install Associate

Location: Remote

Hours: Work hours are flexible but starting time would be anywhere between 7 am cst- 8:30 am CST.

Pay: $21

Contract to Hire

Work with internal subject matter experts to ensure contracts are updated timely

  • Engage relevant stakeholders (e.g., business analysts; filler; regulatory affairs) to help clarify document information or make document corrections
  • Review and/or gather relevant information (e.g., past production; new documents) needed to complete contract updates
  • Monitor customer documents to ensure that timelines and deadlines are met with regard to document maintenance and updates
  • Create and/or update sample prototype documents for filling in order to assist the contracts team
  • Receive and/or complete requests to perform needed updates to contract documents
  • Prepare test plans and/or perform system testing to ensure that document requirements are incorporated accurately
  • Assign customer update projects to relevant internal staff members
