Accordingly, the RWDSU has the exclusive right to bargain over the terms and conditions of employment related to this position and this position may become covered by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement (a “CBA”) between Housing Works and the RWDSU

Compensation Range: $24/hr - $26/hr commensurate with experience
Overview
The Housing Works/ Bailey House Short Term Housing Program provides emergency transitional housing services to Homeless or Unstably housing individuals living with HIV. Reporting to the Director of Short-Term Housing Services, the Data Specialist is responsible for leading data operations for the Short-Term Housing Contracts.
Responsibilities

• Lead program audit readiness process.
• Stay up to date on new funder/grant requirements related to data bases and data entry.
• Working closely with the case management team, the Data Specialist is responsible for registering service deliverables information from the client case file into eShare.
• Display Housing Works core values in all functions of the position.
• All other tasks, or projects, as assigned by supervisor.
• Troubleshoot technical issues or errors with databases which may include submitting tickets or coordinating with IT Department.
• Present data analysis reports and trends at department and agency meetings.
• Understand data requirements and deliverables for the funder and key stakeholders across contracts.
• Develop, implement and monitor data integrity policies and procedures.
• Responsible for updating data collection tools in response to funder changes or agency needs and coordinating these changes with program staff.
• Provide culturally competent services in accordance with Housing Works policies and practices.
• Communications reminders to the case management team around important deadlines and service provision needs.
• Promotes Housing Works core values consistently.
