Data Entry Clerk/ Typist - Full Time (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/ Typist to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk/ Typist, you will be responsible for inputting and updating information into our computer systems and databases. This is an entry-level position, and you can work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies
• Inputting and updating data into our computer systems and databases
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
• Completing tasks within deadlines
• Managing and organizing digital files

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a data entry clerk/ typist is a plus, but not required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
