Job Description

Title- Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry II - LER

Location- Overland Park, KS 66251

Duration- 8+ months

Pay Rate- $22.99/hr


Description

  • While the majority of the demands are for Case Management, demands are also routed to both Real Time Operations (RTO) and our Emergency Response Center (ERC) as needed.
  • With minimal supervision, the company will review legal demands and code them for proper routing within Legal and Emergency Response.
  • Both RTO and ERC work real time and emergent issues.
  • Case Management is a group within Company’s Legal and Emergency Response team that responds to legal demands that are served upon the company for historical customer information.
  • While a specific academic degree is not required, it is preferred that the candidate have some type of formal training/experience in reading legal demands.
  • On-the-job training is provided.
  • Proper handling of these demands is vital.
  • The Company may also be tasked with other duties and projects as assigned by management.

During training, this position is strictly in-office. However, after training commences and after there has been clear demonstration of meeting performance requirements with quality and production, there is opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
