Data Entry Assistant Jobs

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for aData Entry Assistant for our client, a trusted leader in private equity. This is a wonderful opportunity for an entry level data assistant looking to join a well-established and growing company. This is afull-time (30 to 40 hrs per week),contract-to-hireopportunity reporting onsite inChapel Hill, NC.

Responsibilities

• Collect and determine the completion of all information before entering data into software programs
• Ensure proper updates of required software
• Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
• Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon
• Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
• Enter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
• Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management
• File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
• College degree is required
• Dynamo software experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
• Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
• Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers

Compensation And Benefits

This exciting opportunity is offering an hourly pay of $24-$28/hr., depending on experience with great potential to grow professionally as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days.
