Job Description


Hill International is seeking a Data Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a hybrid work schedule.


Responsibilities


  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete client, contacts, employee or project records
  • Entering employee and project data into Hill’s Deltek Vision database
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Implement Hill Style Guide in all written materials
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following processes and procedures
  • Write and/or edit content for corporate resumes and project descriptions, as needed
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities
  • Understand and incorporate A/E/C industry terminology in Hill writing
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry


Qualifications


  • Ability to work as a team under strict deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail is a must
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision CRM is preferred
  • B.A. in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or A/E/C-related field preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law
  • Comfortable working in a variety of word processing and layout environments, including Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
