WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Collectors work directly with the Collections Department to assist in managing delinquent accounts.


Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

  • Ogden, Utah
  • Rotating Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM
  • Up to $17.50 per hour, based on experience and performance + Bonus + Incentive


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial situations of borrowers.
  • Process delinquent payments
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Provide consistent member follow-up.


Experience, Education & Certification

  • Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
  • High school diploma required
