Senior Process Lead

Burbank, CA location

In the role of Senior Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, and internal/external audits.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure on-time delivery of work orders within the defined SLAs for quality and accuracy while following the defined processes.
• Daily client interaction and work with several other teams that are part of the digital supply chain on the client side.
• Document process flows, create workflow diagrams, and draft process documents.
• Coordinate with an offshore team daily for deliverable status, process trainings, clarifications, and provide direction and guidance as needed. Act like a bridge between the client and offshore and be able to effectively communicate the requirements between both.
• Understand comprehensively end-to-end processes and systems/applications used for completing the job, with ultimately being able to suggest process improvements or ways to improve efficiencies.
• Handle large volumes of data for analysis, and present valuable and readable information.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience

Preferred

• Experience with SAP & MDM systems, preferably Salesforce
• At least 2 years’ experience in a client facing environment.
• Relationship building skills.
• Any domain experience in television or media data management would be a plus
• Proficiency in MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Working knowledge of Formulas and Macros preferred.
• Professional communication skills, analytical skills, and people skills
• Ability to understand processes and suggest improvements.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Work Model:

This role is Hybrid work model, with 1-2 days per week onsite in the Burbank office location. The other days can be work from home (WFH).
