Position Overview

This position will help analyze, design, and implement scalable, cloud-based analytics in a security focused platform.

Treasury4 values learning, teaching and collaboration. This role will work with product owners, designers, subject matter experts, customers, and partners to help expand and contribute to team knowledge while at the same time defining product requirements.

You will use an analytical, data-science focused approach for development of internal and customer facing analytics.  You will ensure dashboards are thoughtful, provide insight and drive business value for end-users.  You will bring design thinking and approach to elegant and visually appealing dashboards that tell a story and drive customers to action.  

In this position, you will: 

• Work independently with customers and stakeholders to collaborate on design and influence final outcome of dashboard features and visualizations.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create and manage custom data models including normalization of data sourced from multiple systems.
• Provide input on data visualization techniques and opportunities including best practices.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Developing solutions for complex cloud-based applications.
• Provide support for existing indicators and troubleshooting bugs/issues.
• Document inputs, calculations, and outputs of customer and internal facing dashboards.
• Development of requested product functionality / features.
• Leverage numerous data sources from both internal and external systems to build rich and innovative dashboards and visualizations.
• Contribute to and develop a culture of collaboration and education.
• Interpret data, analyze results and using statistical techniques.
• Understand a multitude of data types, where the data is stored, extraction of the data, processing it, and creating visualizations that illustrates key insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics focused development languages (Python, R, SAS, SPSS)
• Commitment to maintainable, high-quality software
• Knowledge of data mapping, analysis, and modeling
• Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts, technologies and methodologies
• 2+ years of relevant visualization, analytics, and BI experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer engagement skills
• Experience with data visualization\BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
• Experience working with SQL databases and data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and other ETL\ELT tools
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Scrum team environment using Azure DevOps
• Experience with Azure
• Experience or familiarity with React.Js, Javascript, C#, and .Net5
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment
• Collaborating well with a team of developers in an agile environment
• Certificates or experience in software security, BI, Cloud Computing, or other computer science related fields
• Experience with dashboard and SQL optimization

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 based on experience. Treasury 4 offers many benefits and perks to enhance overall employee well-being:
