Data Administrator Jobs

Our client, a global materials testing company, is searching for a Data Administrator to join their team for a year long contract opportunity, fully remote in the US.

The ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable working with Excel, have great attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision. Recent grads looking to enter the workforce are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Review and cleanse data from legacy finance systems
• Provide assistance to other team members when necessary
• Ensure that all customer and vendor data is maintained and cleansed to the highest quality, investigating data integrity when necessary
• Review findings with team leaders, & implement it into new systems
• Work extensively in Excel using VLOOKUPs to extract and filter data

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong experience and comfortability with Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPS

This role is fully-remote in the US, and will be a 12-month contract to start with the potential to extend another 6-9 months depending on project needs.
