We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Administrator to join the IT team. The Cyber Security Administrator will understand the entire IT system architecture and keep it functioning securely and optimally. The individual will work in a dynamic environment and will be involved in development projects to evolve the De’Longhi internal IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of Security software
- Provide IT technical support to all local and remote users through coordination and implementation of corporate wide helpdesk including investigating user problems, identify their source, determine, test, and implement solutions
- Network administration support
- Drive Cyber Security Group projects to ensure their successful delivery
- Management of Privileged Access Management
- Support Cyber Security incidents management to ensure a rapid and effective response strategy
- SOC compliance
- Define IT guidelines for all Cyber Security software implementation
- Take part into the Cyber Security International Committee led by the Group IT Technology Manager
Qualifications:
- High School Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills / Competencies
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management issues
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Concepts of SAP roles and authorizations
- Knowledge of the main defensive technological solutions
- Microsoft Windows Server a plus
- Knowledge of the most common types of attacks
- Microsoft Active Directory and FileSystem
- Concepts of firewalling and network management
- Knowledge of SIEM solutions
- Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts
- Concepts of Identity Management
- Knowledge of ITSM procedure
- Alert analysis and management
- Google Workspace a plus
