Overview:
Stewart Business Systems, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support the sales and professional services organizations to manage procurement order process, validate and enter incoming procurement requests, process and schedule delivery of outgoing orders, provide order status and delivery information to client and internal delivery / installation team and work with Sales and Operations to develop and maintain order and inventory tracking.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accuracy of data to ensure process is completed in a timely manner
  • Enter all status updates
  • Process purchase orders
  • Ability to track orders and inventory with a highly organized approach
  • Follow up to ensure equipment is deployed on time and to correct location
  • Communicate with customers with delivery updates and status
  • Manage vendor price lists
  • Generate quotes
  • Review and properly set up requests for new equipment from a key healthcare customer
  • Correspond with various teams to oversee transition
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated familiarity in a variety of work processes with specific focus in warehouse environments.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and react to multiple delivery schedules
  • Extensive work experience with Excel and Spreadsheet Management
  • Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems and proposes improvements to processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Will be collocated with the Operations team Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Works closely with Client, Senior Project Manager and Scheduler assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals and maintaining schedules
  • Will work closely with the Operations Team to manage inventory and schedule deliveries in conjunction with client expectations
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Will have specialized training in Procurement and Inside Order Entry Processes
Requirements:
  • Some college or Associate Degree (A.A.) and/or specialized training or certification
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Requires less than 12 months of related experience.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word)
  • Proficiency in database management and data entry
