Job Description
Deacero USA, a leading Steel Product Manufacturer in the Mining & Metals industry, is seeking a Customer Support Representative 2 to join its team. As a Customer Support Representative 2, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service by answering customers' questions, resolving their complaints and concerns, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, you'll be a part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities


  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Providing customers with accurate and complete product information
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Mining & Metals industry is a plus
