We’re looking for a customer support expert for our St. Petersburg, Florida office. In this role, you’ll work as part of our award-winning customer support team, answering customers’ questions and giving advice about our CRM. Your new adventure:


  • Be our customers’ contact person for any queries (technical, billing or otherwise)
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changes without losing touch with customers
  • Identify and respond to customers’ needs in a respectful and supportive manner via online chat, email and other forms of communication
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Follow up on open requests and offer appropriate solutions to fulfil customers’ needs
  • Support company-wide initiatives to engage users throughout their account’s lifecycle, from onboarding through upselling to retention
  • Inform managers of any challenges customer-facing specialists encounter and ask for constructive feedback on how they can improve


Does this sound like you?


  • Some knowledge of sales – leads, opportunities, deal tracking and reporting
  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience with sales and CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Experience with helpdesk tools like Freshdesk, Intercom etc.
  • You’re an ambitious person who wants to develop and grow in a fast-paced tech company
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish would be particularly desirable)
