Job Description

The Customer Success and Commercial Associate is responsible for supporting both the Customer Success and Commercial arms of the business. This position requires a person who is a master multi-tasker, with an upbeat attitude. They must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills to successfully interact at all levels internally and externally including executive and customer facing. Attention to detail and accuracy are a must in this position. This individual must be professional, polite and attentive, and should always be prepared and responsive, with a willingness to meet each challenge directly.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage a customer service process to address sales quotes, customer responses, service incidents and escalation
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages
  • Track and execute renewal of customer subscriptions
  • Act as the point of contact for customer service and commercial inquiries
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the commercial and customer success organizations
  • Coordinate various activities and communications between the Customer Success and Commercial teams with other functions
  • Manage CRM integration and automation as well as data input and reports
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Manage the demo calendar and escalate/prioritize the most time sensitive matters across functions alongside confirming and coordinating the demo equipment arrival and return


Qualifications

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • 2-3 years experience in administrative assistant, customer success, customer support, or similar role in the medical device industry
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
