Your Work-life Balance Matters
No weekend shifts! Enjoy your weekends to the fullest as you work from Monday through Friday only.
During our busy season, you'll be expected to work 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime when requested.
In our off-season, your hours will vary between 32 to 40 hours based on client demand, giving you flexibility in your schedule.
Embrace the freedom of a remote position but must be located within 2 hours from Tempe, AZ to be considered. Your commitment to work occasionally onsite for meetings or significant projects will be appreciated.
What You'll Be Doing
Building strong connections with our customers by responding to their needs in a compassionate and respectful manner through phone, email, and instant messaging.
Customizing your customer service approach to cater to different communication styles while maintaining professionalism, even during challenging calls.
Handling confidential information with care, adhering to HIPAA, Data Privacy laws, and company data security requirements.
Making complex health and welfare and pension terms easy to understand for our customers, providing them with clear instructions.
Utilizing your attention to detail to read and comprehend clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools, ensuring we meet customers' current and future needs effectively.
What We're Looking For
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates from various experiences.
Attendance is essential during the first 90 days as we value reliability and commitment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual candidates (Spanish or French) are highly desired.
