You’re not going to be breaking up undercover crime rings or designing fancy high-rise buildings or finding a cure for the common cold.

First, we’ll tell you that we’re not necessarily seeking out someone who’s been a customer service representative before.

If you're highly energetic, self-motivated and eager to make your mark on our organization, we can teach you the rest. Once we’ve gotten you up to speed, you’ll be responsible for assisting our customers with scheduling, billing and general questions, all from the comfort of your own home.

You’ll also have the opportunity to sell and earn commissions on any jobs you bring in.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support
• General office duties
• Following up on sales calls
• Fielding inbound calls
• Making sales
• Handling data entry
• Reaching out to existing customers to sell add-on services

Requirements

• Strong phone communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet place to work

• Must be able to pass background check
