Customer Service Representative Jobs

IN-OFFICE | FULL-TIME

Boulo Solutions is seeking an outgoing, problem-solving loving candidate for a Customer Service Representative position with a growing, employee focused company in Moody, AL.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 8-5pm

Pay: $18-20/hour based on experience

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Answers all inbound phone calls and routes them to appropriate personnel, assists customers with orders, and complaints by phone, email, and fax.
• Makes sales pitches for additional materials to customers. This is the fun part! We will train you!
• Runs reports, keeps track of materials, and ensures all documents are shipped with the order.
• Inputs orders, completes orders with pricing, and total cost for customer; confirms finished order and prepares for invoicing.
• Other duties as Requested.
• Updates Customer Accounts to satisfy all special order-related requirements, and informs customers of all unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated issues, and more.
• Keeps salesman informed at all stages of order, prints invoice and mails it out to the customer, provides non-technical advice to customers about products.

• High School Diploma or (GED Equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excel Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service Representative role
