Job Summary

Acts as liaison between customer, sales and/or production departments. Receives customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. Maintains daily update of production schedule and keeps customer informed about status of their job.

Essential Job Functions
  • Stays up to date with production changes and follows all department SOPs.
  • Handles inquiries for job status, estimates, new orders, changes and complaints.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
  • Maintains and completes assigned daily focus tasks.
  • Provides customer with shipment confirmation.
  • Coordinates the preparation of all written quotes and proposals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Keeps salesperson informed of job status and issues after connecting with their customers.
  • Carries out conduct and leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.
  • Interacts with customers by phone, online chat, or email regarding order details and requirements, collects production specifications for processing.
  • Accurately inputs pre-production data, order specification information, parameter details, and schedules dates for production and shipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months
related experience and/or training in print processes; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
  • Strong skills in work planning, scheduling and must have good judgment of color,
design and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well.
  • Ability to work well in a team and think independently.
