Description


The Customer Service Representative will perform administrative, clerical, and data entry duties to support sales operations.


Essential Functions


  • Establish excellent rapport with management, co-workers, and customers using proper etiquette with written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, and other effective interpersonal skills.
  • Perform efficient and accurate data entry of sales orders;
  • Support and coordinate with the sales team;
  • Assist with general office duties and related tasks, i.e., travel arrangements, expense reporting, copying, filing, office supply orders;
  • Expediting of orders;
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and sales team;
  • Maintain accurate records and files for work in progress;

Physical Demands


The employee is required to be able to sit, stand and kneel. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and push up to 10 pounds


Expected Hours of Work


The essential work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Monday through Friday


Required Education & Experience


  • ERP experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office products
  • High school Diploma/GED or Degree in technical discipline
