Job Description
Omni Therapy, a leader in the Hospital & Health Care industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, maintaining accurate records, and promptly responding to inquiries. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to multitask effectively, and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any patient issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond promptly and proactively to all patient inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of related customer service experience
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
