Customer Service Representative Jobs

The Customer Service Representative will provide clerical, administrative, and organizational support to the Supply Chain Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter inter-company orders between International manufacturing facilities.
• Sorting, filing and labeling paperwork
• Enters customer orders, verifies accuracy, provides timely responses.
• Reconciles open order reports with customer open order reports.
• Responds to incoming inquiries with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Trouble shoots customer inquiries: incomplete paperwork, missing paperwork, packing slips, tracking shipments, inventory levels, etc.
• Monitors due dates and coordinates outgoing shipments with cross-functional departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a “can-do” attitude and be a team player
• Other skills required:
• Must possess high level of initiative, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, at least 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Impeccable attention to detail, adept at problem solving and strong follow-though.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Computer skills required: Manufacturing Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook);
• Excellent grammar, spelling and client-relationship skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and experience frequent interruptions.
