Customer Service Representative Jobs

Compensation: $17.50-$22.00+ per hour - includes hourly pay rate and commission!

FLEXIBLE 30-35 hour per week work schedule

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and positive client interaction while communicating the value of our services
• Create and update client paperwork, records, and other standard office functions
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Conduct over the phone move estimates for prospective clients
• Keep stock of office supplies and advise when supplies are low
• Work closely with Operations Manager and Move Consultant to ensure job details are accurate
• Follow up with clients regarding services rendered

Who We're Looking For

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Familiarity with office management procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
