Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments and provide exceptional customer service. The work schedule for this position is from 9am to 6pm, Monday-Friday, with one Saturday per month on a rotating basis. When scheduled to work on a Saturday, the employee will be given a day off during the week to ensure a consistent five-day workweek.

Responsibilities :
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and objectives.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers, coordinating with their preferred Service Advisor to ensure smooth service department operations.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and retention purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service through attentive listening and courteously providing accurate information.
  • Coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure that service appointments are properly scheduled and customers are informed of any changes or delays.
Requirements :
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Automotive industry experience a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to adhere to the entirety of your assigned shift.
