The Habegger Corporation in Memphis, TN is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help manage day-to-day office activities and assist our customers with order fulfillment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you help keep our customers happy and our office functioning optimally. Every day brings something different as you perform a variety of essential administrative and customer care tasks. Always polite and professional, you promptly respond to emails and phone calls from clients as well as speak with customers in person. You answer any questions they may have and promote our company as being the answer to their HVAC product needs. When appropriate, you also help stage and fulfill client orders. You keep a close eye on our inventory, helping stock shop shelves and maintaining accurate material counts. If we start to run low on anything, you promptly fill parts requests. You take pride in keeping our customers satisfied and our company running smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) Office administration experience Experience communicating with customers and addressing their needs Proficiency with computers High school diploma or equivalent HVAC industry or customer service experience would be preferred. Experience coordinating inventory and fulfilling orders would be a plus. Do you have fantastic verbal and written communication skills? Are you extremely organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize multiple administration tasks? Do you work with a sense of urgency? Are you friendly and upbeat? If yes, you might just be perfect for this administration position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) This customer care position typically works at our office from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 1/2 day Saturdays at some of our locations.
