Customer Service Agent
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and motivated.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a positive experience. This includes responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Job Responsibilities:
·Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
·Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate, efficient, and friendly customer service
·Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
·Input data into the customer service management system
·Resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
·Maintain working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Qualifications/Skills:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Strong problem-solving and problem-identification skills
·Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
·Compassionate and positive attitude
·Attention to detail and dedication to customer service excellence
·Quick learner and tech-savvy
·Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
·Proficient in GSuite, Customer Service Programs, Slack, Project Management Software, and Zoom
·Knowledge of one or more e-commerce store platforms
Education & Experience Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service that included phone support
·Minimum 1-year experience in social media moderation
·Minimum 1-year experience working remotely
·High School Diploma or equivalent
·E-commerce experience is preferred
