Job Description

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Southeast Houston area client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!


DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Description of Duties: Company in the Southeast Houston area is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for receiving/confirming orders, order entry, assisting the sales department with quotes/communication with customers, communication with the plant departments/management/other office personnel and answering phones and greeting visitors. Will also keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of quotes, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Pay: $19-28/hour
  • Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service preferably in the chemical industry. Good data entry and MS Office skills.
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm, M-F
  • Location: Southeast Houston area
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire
