Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Escalate more complex, unusual, or difficult calls to appropriate departments and teams
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Handle a multi-line phone system and multi-task across multiple screens

Qualifications

• Banking experience is a huge plus
• 1 - 3 years' of customer service / call center experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Pay:

• $17.81 / hr

Location:

• In Office - Chandler, AZ 85286

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
