Full Time/Part Time: Part time, hourly

Requirements


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Being open to collaboration of new ideas and creativity to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
  • Maintain an awareness of all products and daily, weekly, monthly, gift card promotions.
  • Assist team members as needed or as directed by leadership team.
  • Follow all Company policies, procedures, systems, processes, and direction.
  • Provide effective communication with guests, leadership team and peers.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participates in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Engage our guests by creating delightful experiences while providing a guest friendly environment.
  • Contribute to an environment for our team and guests that is fun, professional and in alignment with our company values.
  • Be empowered to assess and solve guest needs.
  • Work with the team to execute the goals communicated in the pre-shift huddle.


Required Skills And Qualifications


  • Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Personable but professional demeanor.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Computer literate with ability to learn new software programs and applications easily.
  • Ability to operate and use all necessary equipment.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Able to walk, bend, stand and move around the center for extended periods.
