Join our International Customer Service team and act as an account representative to maintain and reconcile Teleflora's International accounts. This includes interaction with affiliates regarding account resolution, handling of adjustments, statements and special mailings. You'll be working a hybrid schedule with Monday-Wednesday working in the Oklahoma City office and Thursday/Friday from home.



  • A thorough understanding of Teleflora Statements with a primary focus on International orders and adjustments
  • Act as liaison for Teleflora and International affiliates by providing superior service that reinforces our commitment to International orders
  • Maintaining price updates and directory information for international accounts
  • Responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and reconciling monthly statements
  • Preparation and submission of International wire transfers and special handling of checks
  • Communicate with other departments to help meet departmental needs
  • Work directly with domestic and international florists to resolve any issues with International orders
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Document and track all customer complaints accurately, which will allow us to monitor and address concerns as needed
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of the Customer Service and International Services Departments to handle all inquiries regarding flower orders received and sent to/from International countries

Qualifications


Education:

  • College business courses in accounting or an undergraduate degree a positive college business (preferred)
  • High school degree

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Basic world geography skills helpful
  • Must work extended hours as business needs dictate
  • Bi or multi-lingual helpful but not required
  • Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction and grammar
  • Basic accounting skills pertaining to AR and AP transactions
  • Strong attention to detail including but not limited to accurate spelling and appropriate abbreviations
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Possess strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to make decisions with little direction
  • Proficient PC skills and good basic Excel skills

Working Conditions:

  • Holiday time off is not normal due to increased order volume
  • Must be capable of working extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company deadlines
  • Flexibility in shift requirement may change based on department needs and company programs
