Job Description
## Description:


Your main responsibility is customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to operate effectively with little or no supervision. They oversee all client interactions and make sure they have the best experience possible. They serve as the liaison between upper management and our clients/customers, so they play an important role in building and maintaining company image through the client onboarding process, answering questions and concerns, promoting our services, and maintaining accounts receivable. They will be privileged to confidential information.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Receive and record payments and deposit funds promptly.
  • Follow up with new clients to gain feedback and encouraging future work.
  • Inform and direct each client to the Accelo portal.
  • Prepare quotes for projects as requested by the client.
  • Review and send projects the same day they are completed (preferably before 3 pm).
  • Reach out to past customers to see if we can work with them again and/or gain feedback about the work we performed and schedule follow-ups.
  • Work closely with Production to assure timely project completion.
  • Onboard new clients ensuring all paperwork has been completed and submitted.
  • Maintain client account records in Accelo and keep their Store Specs up to date.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to ensure that we are meeting their expectations and address any concerns.
  • Contact every new customer within 5 business days about their experience using our services.
  • Monitor client communication and respond to calls and emails within two hours.
  • Create and follow a schedule to check up on each client.
  • Prepare invoices for both individual projects and monthly.
  • Prepare and review customer reports and work regularly with management to improve our customer's experience.
  • Act as the client\'s representative within the company.
