Customer Care Dispatch - Full Time, HYBRID | Oak Park, MI

As the customer care dispatch, you are responsible for managing phone calls and emails. Serve as middle communication for services between customers and on-site technicians. You will manage on average about 40 service calls per week. As well as upholding a strong dispatch and utilizing event planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze and improve existing processes
• Provide back-up for Customer Care team members
• Customer Business Review preparation
• Dispatch national service requests, preventing and/or managing escalations
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations with a sense of urgency
• Initiate communication with customers to install printer monitoring software
• Process equipment and toner orders
• Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a professional customer support role

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
