What You Bring to the Table

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Dispatching - Arrange customer appointments and technician scheduling.
• Make follow-up calls - Ensure customers had a great experience.
• Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
• Invoicing and Collecting Payment - Properly receive and enter all payments
