Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality
• One year experience in a related office setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.

Responsibilities will include

• Tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data
• Updating web portals for customer billing requirements
• Extracting and uploading documents required for billing
• Customer interfacing
• Entering work orders

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
