Role Overview

A Customer Service Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels is a highly client facing role that ensures After Sales Service is handled efficiently and assists clients and Sales Team with solving client issues. The role provides to support to Sales Associates and to the Back-Office team as needed and assists in maintaining the store’s appearance. This role reports to the Boutique Director and is based out of Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
• Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assisting sales associates with client communications
• Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and SAP knowledge is preferred
• Ability to effectively work independently and as a part of a small team
• Proactive problem solving with the ability to multitask
• 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role
• Ability to interface with clients in delicate situations
• Prior experience is luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
