Customer Service Agent Jobs

Shift: PT-PM-Monday CSA from 15:30 to 21:30 and Tuesday through Friday Handler from 18:00 to 22:00
Guaranteed Hours
Job DutiesProvides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Schedule: CSA - Monday (3:30pm-9:30pm) and Handler -Tuesday-Friday (6pm-10pm)
