Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN
Customer Satisfaction Coordinator :
The CX Coordinator will manage operational tasks for a variety of surveys that make up the Customer Satisfaction (CX) program for Polaris. The Coordinator will work directly with internal clients to assess needs, direct them to resources when needed, or work with the external vendor to execute more complex projects.
What you’ll do as the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator:

• Be knowledgeable on the basics of all the CX surveys, helping collegues access dashboards and get answers to their questions. And knowing when to refer to external vendor for more complex questions.
• Update or create process documentation for management of each survey.
• Manage execution of multiple CX Surveys across Polaris including ongoing maintenance, managing updates, and ensuring accuracy of data files.
• Be a common point of contact for the external survey platform vendor to assist connecting with Polaris stakeholders.
• Project manage any modifications to existing surveys.
• Manage monthly task required to keep some CX programs running, with a strong attention to detail.
• Report on vendor servicing hours being used by different teams.

What you’ll bring to the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator role:

• Self motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced culture
• BS/BA degree
• Process oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and streamline process.
• One to three years experience in business environment

TOP SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Medallia (nice to have or equivalent platform)
• Project management
• Documenting process

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Corporate office environment
• No travel
