  • Review each order to ensure the order is paid in full, ensure merchandise is committed, sets/groups are complete and verify where the order will ship from or deliver from to prevent any possible delays or problems.

  • Assist customers with finance order questions.

  • Assist customers quickly by answering questions about product, purchases, and scheduling delivery or customer pick up of an on-line purchase.
  • Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • Enter approved even exchanges and attach needed photos, return authorization, or Warranty Protection Plan claim approvals.
  • Strong Verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Act as an advocate for customer by facilitating restoration of product by opening a service order, documenting account properly, obtaining pictures of damage/defect and working with third party technician services to complete service visit.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, respond to chats and emails promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Competent in MS office, Excel, and web browser environments.
  • Problem solve for damaged items, delivered wrong, tagged wrong or entered wrong orders and partner with Customer Care’s Leadership Team to assist in the best resolution for customer.
  • Previous experience in Ecommerce, customer service and/or customer support environment.
