Our Customer Care Representatives offer professional phone interactions to help clients get the products on the shelves and to the public. With both inbound and outbound calls our representatives take orders, service requests, sales opportunities, and offer additional products to the customers. Supporting distribution centers with customer inquiries.

What is a Customer Care Call Center Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Our Customer Care Representatives offer professional phone interactions to help clients get the products on the shelves and to the public. With both inbound and outbound calls our representatives take orders, service requests, sales opportunities, and offer additional products to the customers. Supporting distribution centers with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Suggest additional products which would complement a customer’s current brand portfolio
- Complete scheduled outbound calls to obtain product orders from existing Coca-Cola customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open interactive communication
- Accept inbound calls related to repair and order requests from Coca-Cola customers
- Outbound calls to existing customers for order information and order confirmations or product availability
- Offer leads and feedback to sales team
- Assist customers with missing order items, date updates for delivery, and product return
- Support MyCoke online ordering platform and assist customers to troubleshoot, register, and order online
- Competitive drive to achieve goals
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- 6+ months Customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional organization and follow through
