Do you enjoy resolving problems?  Are you a people person, someone that likes talking on the phone?  Darby Dental Supply is looking to add a Customer Care Specialist to our awesome team in Chandler, Arizona.  As a Customer Care Specialist, you will handle a variety of customer service issues including providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, answering questions about shipments, price descriptions and accounts receivables.  You will also be responsible for:

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Make outbound calls to vendors to help solve issues or obtain additional information
  • Answer and handle incoming calls and emails, responding to customer questions or complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Assist internal and external customers with all inquiries related to their account (track packages, process returns, issue credits, process payments, promote our brands and company initiatives, handle email requests, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Interface with customers via our website - Live chat and email
  • Process orders and up-sell/promote vendor specials

 

  • Must be empathetic, patient, courteous, and anticipate customer’s needs
  • 3 years customer service in a call center atomosphere preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and must possess the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Must be solution driven, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Dental industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a timely manner
