Customer Care Department Jobs

Being employed in the Customer Care department is doing exactly what the job title states, Caring for customers. This department consist of answering calls for all of our dealership locations from one central call center, assisting customers with sales/service appointment scheduling, and following up with customers after their purchase to make sure that we have fulfilled their requests.
