Customer Care Coordinator/Claims

• A positive team player who has the willingness to work with and assist others and can also work independently
• Detail oriented and organized
• Service oriented and able to problem solve
• Excellent customer service skills
• Accurate and meticulous
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Willingness and ability to perform all required job duties and additional duties as needed
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

This is a Full-time, non-exempt position.
