The perfect candidate does not need to have professional experience! If you have experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, or any other relative field experience, our Entry Level Customer Account Manager role could be the ideal fit for you!


As the Entry Level Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Document and update customer records based on sales interactions
  • Treat all customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, sales, and services
  • Provide information about the products, sales, and services directly to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns


Our Entry Level Customer Account Manager position requires the following:


  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in sales and client-facing
  • Reports to Customer Service & Sales Managers
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects
