NYU Langone is bringing a wider range of healthcare services to Cobble Hill and neighboring communities. A future four-story, 125,000 square foot outpatient facility and ED, owned and operated by NYU Langone, is planned for this location.

Available shifts include Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, 7pm-8am or Thursday-Saturday, 7am-8pm.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures. Utilizes computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patient’s internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.

Minimum Qualifications:

• New York State license
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in Computerized Tomography
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Certificate from accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• IV Contrast Certification within 3 months of employment
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years’ experience in CT

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $82,959.10 – $104,140.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
